Aandacht voor KAM bij Maton Groep Bij Maton Groep staat KAM, oftewel Kwaliteit, Arbeidsomstandigheden (Arbo) en Milieu, hoog in het vaandel. Gedurende de jaren is er een solide systeem ontwikkeld om ervoor te zorgen dat deze belangrijke aspecten gewaarborgd blijven. Dit systeem is vastgelegd in het KAM-handboek, welke opvraagbaar is bij ons kantoor. De rol van VGM-functionaris wordt al lange tijd vervuld door Bas Oprins. Als 'Hogere Veiligheidskundige' (HVK) is Bas de eerste verantwoordelijke voor ons VGM-beleid. Arie Kamp is aangesteld als KAM-coördinator. Hij zorgt ervoor dat het KAM-systeem correct wordt toegepast en nageleefd. Zijn taken omvatten onder andere het toetsen van het systeem aan normen, alsook het controleren of procedures en instructies worden gevolgd, zowel via interne audits als op de werkvloer. Maton Groep behaalde in 2022 het CO2-prestatieladder certificaat niveau 3. Bianca Tromp is aangewezen als Beheerder CO2-ladder en coördineert alle zaken rondom deze certificering, met een focus op het verminderen van de CO2-uitstoot. Voor noodsituaties op de werkvloer kunnen we vertrouwen op onze BHV'ers: Bianca Tromp (hoofd BHV), Frank Dekkers, Mark van Rietveld, Sam Maton, Sjaak Kruijf en Tom Maton. Zij zijn getraind en klaar om in te grijpen en collega's en anderen in veiligheid te brengen. Bianca Tromp vervult ook de rol van Vertrouwenspersoon Ongewenste Omgangsvormen, preventiemedewerker en verzuimbegeleider. Medewerkers die te maken krijgen met agressie, geweld, seksuele intimidatie, discriminatie, pesten of hoge werkdruk kunnen bij haar terecht voor opvang en begeleiding. Met deze toegewijde teamleden blijft Maton Groep streven naar een veilige en duurzame werkomgeving voor iedereen. The role of HSE officer has been fulfilled by Bas Oprins for a long time. As a 'Higher Safety Expert' (HVK), Bas is primarily responsible for our HSE policy. Arie Kamp has been appointed as KAM coordinator. He ensures that the KAM system is correctly applied and adhered to. His duties include testing the system against standards, as well as checking whether procedures and instructions are followed, both through internal audits and on the shop floor. Maton Groep obtained the CO2 performance ladder certificate level 3 in 2022. Bianca Tromp has been appointed CO2 ladder manager and coordinates all matters surrounding this certification, with a focus on reducing CO2 emissions. For emergency situations in the workplace, we can rely on our emergency response staff: Bianca Tromp (head of emergency response), Frank Dekkers, Mark van Rietveld, Sam Maton, Sjaak Kruijf and Tom Maton. They are trained and ready to intervene and bring colleagues and others to safety. Bianca Tromp also fulfills the role of Confidential Advisor for Undesirable Behavior, prevention officer and absenteeism supervisor. Employees who are confronted with aggression, violence, sexual intimidation, discrimination, bullying or high work pressure can contact her for shelter and guidance.
