Tom Maton 12,5 jaar in dienst Op 5 mei is Tom Maton 12,5 jaar in dienst. Al op jonge leeftijd zette Tom zijn eerste stappen binnen Maton Groep. Wat begon als een ondersteunende rol, groeide uit tot een onmisbare functie: inmiddels is hij verantwoordelijk voor het managen van de operationele processen op het achterterrein. Naast zijn toewijding aan het werk, staat Tom ook privé aan de vooravond van iets moois: hij wordt binnenkort voor het eerst vader. Een mijlpaal op werk én thuis – en dat op 27-jarige leeftijd. Tom, bedankt voor je inzet en betrokkenheid de afgelopen 12,5 jaar. Op naar de volgende mijlpalen! At a young age, Tom took his first steps within Maton Groep. What started as a supporting role has grown into an essential position: he is now responsible for managing the operational processes at the back site. In addition to his dedication at work, Tom is also about to reach a beautiful milestone in his personal life: he’s soon to become a father for the first time.
